The Lotus Elise is a two-seat, rear-wheel drive, mid-engined roadster conceived in early 1994 and released in September 1996 by the British manufacturer Lotus Cars. The Elise has a fiberglass body shell atop its bonded extruded aluminium chassis that provides a rigid platform for the suspension, while keeping weight and production costs to a minimum. It is capable of speeds up to 240 km/h (150 mph). The Elise was named after Elisa Artioli, the granddaughter of Romano Artioli who was chairman of Lotus and Bugatti at the time of the car's launch.
This particular model is in showroom condition, the British racing green exterior paint is nearly flawless and the front of the car is protected by a "Star Shield" film which has kept the front of the car Immaculate.
The interior leather is free of scratches and still shows in like new condition.
The Wheels are clean and have no visible blemishes .
The rear Yokohama Neova 225/45 R 17 are new, the front 175/55 R 16 have 40% remaining.
The brakes have been replaced by Cars Dawydiak during our Safety Inspection.
The car will be delivered with 2 keys, books and service records.
