For Sale: 2009 Porsche 911 Carrera

A true #1 grade Porsche. This is an almost as-new example of an early production 997.2 Carrera with only 7k original miles. It's a high-spec Carrera in beautiful Guards Red with Sand Beige Leather, 19" Turbo Wheels, Sport Exhaust, Bose Audio, Painted Center Console, Navigation, and much more. Original MSRP was approximately $87.5k; detailed specs and build information can be found below.  

The factory Guards Red finish is mostly blemish free with minimal imperfections. Paint Meter Readings all read in the 3-4 mils range indicating that all paint is original to the car. All four wheels are OEM spec, and free of curb rash, sand blasting, or pitting. The painted chin spoiler and air damn are free of scrapes, and the rockers and rear fenders are free of sand blasting, chipping, or pitting. The OEM hood paint and front bumper are also free of road rash. All rubber seals in the doors, boot, body gaps, and decklid are soft and supple indicating that the vehicle was garaged in a temperate environment. All lights, lens, and exterior plastic is free of sun damage, fading, pitting or environmental decay, and the car is completely stock with the exception of the addition of Porsche Accessory clear front turn signal indicators, however the original units are present and will accompany the vehicle.

According to documentation, the vehicle was delivered new at Porsche Huntington in Huntington Park, NY on November 20, 2009. Carfax shows ownership history in New York until approximately 3,800 miles before it was moved to the Ashville North Carolina area where it remained thereafter. Carfax also indicates two damage reports, however upon inspection, the car shows no sign of collision history, body damage or undercarriage damage,  all glass is original, and all panel fasteners show no sign of tool marks or having their OEM paint beads broken. All body seams also retain their factory brush marks. 

Mechanically, the car shows is near perfect. Carfax shows diligent service history at Porsche Huntington, Flow Porsche of Ashville, and Harmony Motors of Ashville, NC, and recently, a major service including spark plugs has been performed in preparation for sale. The current tires were installed in February, 2015 at approx 4500 miles with date codes that show late 2014 production. The DME report pulls cleanly with no over-revs or ignitions outside of Zone 1. 

The sand beige interior looks as it should for 7k miles with no notable wear on the leather, carpets, door cards, door sills, or switchgear. The vehicle retains it's OEM floormats in addition to a set of high pile custom mats finished in Guards Red with "911" script. The Porsche Exclusive body colored console is without scratches, nicks, or wear marks, as well. The engine bay is free of water spots, residual dirt, oil spray, etc. and overall the engine casings and under carriage shows no sign of winter or wet weather driving. 

In a nutshell, this lovely Carrera is an almost new example that was spec'ed as a true touring car. A Narrow-Body 6-spd manual with 19" Turbo wheels, comfort seats, and Sport Exhaust. An $88k MSRP on a Carrera was very high spec in the late 00's. The vehicle will be delivered with both master keys, all factory literature, original turn signal indicators, front tag mount, and 2 set of floormats.
