For Sale: 1990 Porsche 911 Carrera 2

This '90 964 Cabriolet presents as an excellent driver's grade example with approximately 94k miles that has been a California native since new and more specifically a Bay Area native since the mid 90's. It's a mechanically sound, well maintained Nine-Eleven with just the right amount of mild performance upgrades to really make it a driver's car. The upgrades were completed by the previous owner in the early 2000's with the vision of giving the car the look and performance of an America Roadster minus the widebody. Detailed OEM options can be found below.

The engine was rebuilt at approximately 74k miles, with new upper and lower bearings, valve guides, valve seals, etc, and all service records since 2003 are present. The engine was chipped with a Weltmeister Performance Ignition Advance Chip (the OEM chip is still present and conveys). Service records are extensive starting around 2003. We've serviced the car since the late 90's, and have actually sold the car to three of it's owners over the years, with the current seller having owned the vehicle since 2005. Further upgrades include Cross-Drilled brake rotors, front mounted RS America style brake ducts, and Bilstein Coil-Over Shocks and Springs. 

The Grand Prix White exterior shows well with minimal blemishes, chips scratches, etc. The most notable is a scuff of the passenger side corner of the rear bumper (photo in gallery). The OEM Type 2 5-spoke Cup style wheels are free of scuffs or curb rash, and the tires have been replaced in the past several years and have had less than 1k miles of driving. Top operation is as it should be, with all latches functional and the motion smooth and free of drama or hesitation, and the canvas top itself is in excellent condition with no abnormal areas of wear, scuffs, etc. The rear window is clear and free of creasing or age discoloration. 

The Draped Leather seating overall has ages well with no sign of weather exposure, shrinkage, sun fading, or excessive wear on the bolsters. The carpets show to be original and remain plush with minimal UV fade. The A/C blows cold and overall all of the interior accessories are in working order. The stereo has been updated to a modern unit with Bluetooth Compatibility with the speakers having been updated as well. 

Both master keys, remotes for the aftermarket alarm, books, tool kit, OEM jack, and spare tire are present and convey.
