1972 Porsche 911 T 3.2
A well built and well cared for hotrod '72. Owned off and on by the current seller for over 35 years, the car made many transformations under his purview. For a decades, the car was outfitted in an outlaw R-Gruppe livery (once an active R-Gruppe 911), but now has been brought back to a more stock looking 911S specification. The Light Yellow exterior was refinished in approximtely 2020 with a fresh coat, and the rockers and trim were brought back to their original Light Yellow after having been Signal Orange for the better part of 3 decades.
Mechanically, the drivetrain from an '85 Carrera 3.2 replaced the original 2.4; the swap was performed in the early 90's and included the 915 gearbox from the same donor vehicle.
Overall, this is a very well spec'ed and well thought out 911 that looks and drives like a well tuned hotrod early 911S but has the electronics and ease of use of an 80's G-Body Carrera.
